One of the main challenges facing nurses is to deal with the many different oncology organizations. Besides the challenge of tracking and training patients in the outpatient setting who are receiving treatment. When informing or not becomes a dilemma-showing the main difficulties related to oncological treatment information regarding health personnel, health care system and infrastructure; investing or not-finitude-related dilemmas-showing pain-related dilemmas and finitude-related confrontation. Investing in the training of these professionals is important, preparing them in an ethical and human manner to act as the patient's cancer lawyers, in a context of dilemmas mainly related to the possibility of finitude. Part of their role is to listen to and refer appropriately to the patient's emotional concerns and anxieties if necessary.

Care plans provide guidance for the individualized medical of the client. A care plan is drawn from each patient's unique diagnostic list and should be structured according to the individual's particular needs. The care plan is a way to communicate and organize their acts by a constantly changing nursing staff. The care plan will also define what suggestions should be made, what nursing tasks should be carried out and what steps should be taken by the patient or family members. Pediatric oncology is a medical specialty devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of children who have cancer, typically up to the age of 18. Nurses specializing in pediatric oncology nursing are dedicating their careers to working with children who are either suspected of cancer or cancer. The field of pediatric oncology, in addition to nurses and physicians, is based on social workers, child life specialists and family counselors. To order to provide the best possible care, pediatric oncology nurses serve as care coordinators and partner with other cancer team members. They strive primarily to help their patients achieve realistic goals of health care. 

Over the past few years, standard management of early stage and advanced stage cancer has been enhanced by knowledge gained about the biology of the disease, results from a number of eagerly anticipated clinical trials and the development of new agents offering our patients options for improved outcomes or reduced toxicity or both. This review highlights recent major developments affecting cancer systemic therapy, broken down by clinically relevant patient subgroups and stage of disease, and briefly discusses some of the ongoing controversies regarding cancer treatment and promising horizon therapies.

The partners in the Women's Health Center are drawn from the Service and Diagnostic Radiology Cancer Centre, Surgical and Specialties. The team of the Women's Health Center Nursing is a highly dedicated group of women who provide critical and compassionate data and nursing care to address the needs of women in the clinics. Officials at the Women's Health Center have close connections to professional bodies such as the Cancer Council, Multicultural Center, and Unit for Family Cancer.

A critical care nurse, also sometimes referred to as an ICU nurse, is a category of nurse that provides treatment for critically ill patients. Such types of nurses may take care of adults or children suffering from severe medical conditions including diseases and injuries. Many critical care nurses also work in wards or facilities that only care for patients with specific medical conditions, such as burning units of critical care. Critical patients are often considered psychotic, often unconscious, with vital signs that are erratic or extremely unhealthy. Many of these patients may also be near death. For this reason, the care given to critical patients should be top-notch and highly specialized.

Targeted cancer therapies are drugs or other substances that inhibit cancer growth and spread by interfering with particular molecules ("molecular targets") involved in cancer growth, development, and spread. A central focus of research on cancer metabolomics is the discovery of biomarkers. Metabolites are ideal biomarkers and diagnostics theoretically because they can easily be measured from non-invasiveurine or blood samples.

Nurse practitioners are educated and trained through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic condition to provide health promotion and maintenance. NPs are qualified to diagnose medical problems, order treatments, perform advanced procedures, prescribe medicines, and make referrals within their scope of practice for a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. NPs work in hospitals, private offices, clinics, and long-term care facilities for nursing homes. Many nurse practitioners are contracting out their private duty services.

In response to a need for care, a local oncology nursing program is to provide health services to patients receiving comprehensive cancer therapy. Local nurses extended their work and became partners in the treatment of these patients with day-to-day oncology nurses. Professional nurses have developed the ability and confidence in the professional to provide cancer care safely. The commissioned service showed year-on-year hospital-based care reductions, increased care provision closer to home, and improved patient satisfaction. This initiative shows that established elements of acute cancer care can be provided safely in the community as long as it provides training and support.
